  • MP Tour Diary

    A mobile based solution for better tracking and monitoring the activities at health centres in the state.

    Key Features

    • A complete handy tour diary in the form of mobile application has been developed.
    • All medical and health officers are registered in the system and allocated to the respective districts, divisions, blocks, sectors and health centres.
    • The application enables creation of tours and sending for approval to the concerned officers.
    • The concerned officer can view the plan and in case of any deficiencies , he/she will let know or approve the tour plan for the next month.
    • After Approval, the tour officer can visit the planned tour and place update information from each of his visits.
    • Various reports can be generated by the data captured from the tours like weekly, daily, monthly reports of thee officers, also centre wise reports, date wise reports, and rating wise reports.
    • The application utilizes the location based service of local device to capture the geo-co-ordinates at the time of updation of visit data.

  • MP Housing Board

    The mobile app facilitates the information to the citizens of all vacant properties of the Housing Board (MPHIB). It has created a transparent system between the department and citizens so that each and every citizen would be benefited with the schemes of the Government without any hurdle.

    • The scope of the mobile application is to perform a GIS based survey related to vacant property.
    • Surveyor will be able to visit the property and will mark the vacant property information like Area, Property Type, Property Photograph, Lat. Long. , Project, Project Type, District, Block, Category, Floor, Est. Price, capture a photograph (optional) using the camera of the local device.
    • The property purchaser can view this information through his/her login.
